Talita Priscilla Sirait
Talita Priscilla Sirait graduated from the Faculty of Law, Parahyangan Catholic University. Throughout her university years, she was actively involved in student organizations.
Prior to joining Hendra Soenardi, Talita successfully concluded a legal internship at a prestigious law firm in Jakarta while still pursuing her law degree. Following her graduation, she took on the role of a junior associate at another prominent law firm in Jakarta, where she was actively engaged in capital market projects and corporate legal practice.
Since joining the firm, Talita has been involved in general corporate matters, mergers and acquisitions, projects and financing, construction services and dispute resolution matters.
Talita has passed the Indonesian Bar Exam. She speaks English and Bahasa Indonesia.
