Mellynda Wahyu Nugraheni
Mellynda Wahyu Nugraheni graduated from Universitas Indonesia, majoring in Business Law. While completing her studies at the university, she was actively involved in the Business Law Society Universitas Indonesia and participated in several legal opinion competitions.
Prior to joining Hendra Soenardi, Mellynda worked at another prominent law firm, where she gained regulatory and legal practical knowledge in various sectors, including general corporate law, project construction, and green bond issuance.
Since joining Hendra Soenardi, Mellynda has been involved in supporting senior lawyers in general corporate matters, mergers and acquisitions, project financing, and dispute resolution.
Mellynda speaks English and Bahasa Indonesia.
