Resa Raditya
Resa graduated from the University of Indonesia with a bachelor of laws focused on economic criminal law and Indonesian procedural law. Prior to joining Hendra Soenardi, he served as an associate at another top-tier law firm in Jakarta, where he focused his practice on dispute resolution and fraud investigations.
Resa has gained considerable experience across a broad range of litigation proceedings including mediation, drafting statements of claim and other pleadings at the District Court, High Court, and Supreme Court levels. He is also accomplished at drafting legal opinions and memoranda, and other legal documents related to dispute resolution.
Resa regularly works on commercial, criminal, state administrative, and property matters spanning a wide range of practice areas. Resa’s experience includes advising and representing domestic and international clients, as well as considerable experience in handling state-owned company clients.
