Prior to rejoining Hendra Soenardi, Victor practiced at other prominent law firms in Jakarta, with focus on mergers & acquisitions, real property, and financing transactions. At Hendra Soenardi, he regularly advises clients in high profile transactions and cross border commercial disputes.

Victor focuses primarily on mergers & acquisitions, banking and finance, commercial dispute resolution, and construction services.

He has experience in dealing with telecommunications, real property, mining, construction, oil & gas, and financial sectors and has a particular interest on corporate governance matters.

Victor speaks Bahasa Indonesia and English.

• Counsel to multiple consortiums consisting of leading national and multinational telecommunication companies, in the continuation of a procurement and operation and contract of a national Strategic Priority Project mandated by President of the Republic of Indonesia, with the total project value of more than US$ 1 billion.
• Counsel to one of the largest mineral companies in Indonesia in its joint venture with one of the leading Chinese smelter companies and in the project development of the largest integrated metal refineries in Indonesia with a total project value of more than IDR 30 trillion.
• Counsel to water treatment project companies and their holding company as borrowers and guarantors in multiple projects and corporate financings with a total loan of around IDR 800 billion.
• Counsel to PT Adaro Indonesia and PT Indonesia Bulk Terminal, in the renewal of, respectively, Fuel Supply Agreement and Fuel Facility Agreement with PT Pertamina Patra Niaga.
• Counsel to a Singapore fund in the acquisition of IDR 600 billion loan portfolios from multiple international and local banks.
• Counsel to a Cayman fund in the acquisition of IDR 500 billion loan portfolios from a leading public listed bank.
• Counsel to one of the largest plantation group companies in Indonesia in the IDR 800 billion sale of several plantation companies to one of the largest conglomerations in Indonesia.
• Counsel to one of the largest technology investors and operators in the world in its proposed acquisition of a distressed multifinance company.
• Counsel to a fast-growing car dealers digital ecosystem startup in its USD 25 million syndicated financing arranged by a private credit fund.
• Counsel to a technology company in its proposed IDR 200 billion share financing from a Hong Kong based private credit.
• Counsel to the Republic of Indonesia in the successful defense against annulment of investment arbitration award application by Churchill Mining Plc and Planet Mining Pty Ltd filed with ICSID.
