Livia is one of the firm’s Senior Associates. She has been representing prominent domestic and foreign companies, in legal and commercial matters, particularly mergers & acquisitions, joint venture transactions, and foreign investments. In addition to her core practices, she has also regularly assisted clients with providing general corporate legal advice in various business sectors such as mining, retail and distributions, and start-up companies.

Livia focuses primarily on (1) mergers & acquisitions, (2) general corporate, and (3) project development and finance.

• Counsel to a China-based listed state-owned enterprise in a legal due diligence of a nickel mining companies for a potential acquisition transaction.
• Counsel to Indonesian seller in an acquisition of flexible packaging manufacturer company by a multinational packaging company.
• Counsel to an Indonesian purchaser in a large-scale acquisition of an integrated coal mining business in Kalimantan.
• Counsel to PT Trinugraha Thohir as the borrower in US$110 million facility from Standard Chartered Bank.
• Counsel to PT Tanjung Power Indonesia as the independent power producer and its sponsors in the development of 2 x 100 MW power plant in South Kalimantan.
• Counsel to the sponsors in the bidding of 2 x 600 MW power plant in Sumatra.
• Counsel to PT ACSET Indonusa Tbk in its Right Issue transaction.
