Syukur Ahmad Harahap
Syukur graduated from Universitas Indonesia with a specialization in Economic Law. During his time at university, he actively engaged in various academic student organizations and participated in a national moot court competition.
Before joining Hendra Soenardi, Syukur worked at one of Indonesia’s largest conglomerates, where he developed expertise in capital markets, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and corporate & investment matters.
Since joining Hendra Soenardi, Syukur has assisted senior lawyers on a range of matters, including general corporate law, capital markets, mergers & acquisitions, projects, and financing.
Syukur has passed the Indonesian Bar Exam and is fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
