Andre Garcia
Andre joined Hendra Soenardi shortly after obtaining his Law Degree from Universitas Indonesia, majoring in Land Law. Since then, he has been assisted senior lawyers in conducting legal research and supporting the team in general corporate, mergers and acquisitions, projects and financing matters together with dispute resolution and civil litigation matters.
Andre has a particular interest in Land and Property Law and has assisted senior lawyers with major property acquisition transactions.
During his university years, he was actively involved in the Business Law Society at Universitas Indonesia and participated in the 2017 Universitas Surabaya National Legal Opinion Competition, in which he won 1st Place and Best Memo Award.
Andre has passed the Indonesian Bar Exam. He speaks Bahasa Indonesia and English.
