Cindy focuses primarily on (1) corporate and acquisitions; (2) commercial transactions; (3) banking and finance; (4) international arbitration and litigation; and (5) construction. She has been involved in a wide range of large and complex transactions and projects, as well as arbitration and pre-litigation matters. She also regularly advises on general corporate affairs and contractual matters.

Matters and projects that Cindy has led and/or worked on include:

• Counsel to PT SMPlus Sentra Data in the negotiation related to joint venture with Korea Investment Real Asset Management  and related transactions in relation to data center development project valuing over US$300 million
• Counsel to PT Elang Mahkota Teknologi Tbk (Emtek) in the share subscription transactions of 5.88% stake in PT Grab Teknologi Indonesia (Grab’s Indonesia company) for US$375 million and other shares acquisition transactions with Grab Group
• Counsel to PT Buana Lintas Lautan, Tbk. in the acquisition of a floating production unit (FPU) valuing at almost USD 50 Million
• Counsel to PT Energi Mega Persada, Tbk. in the acquisition of 100% participating interests in Oil and Gas Production Sharing Contracts
• Counsel in various financing transactions within a Group of Indonesian satellite service provider companies
• Counsel to Adaro Group’s Balangan Companies as the borrowers and PT Adaro Energy Tbk as the guarantor in a US$100 Million Facility from two reputable Indonesian publicly listed bank institutions
• Counsel to a reputable publicly listed company engaging in construction service business in the negotiation of EPC contract for gold mine infrastructure project and in several potential disputes with project owners
• Counsel to one of the largest Indonesian developers with regards to its real estate development projects and cooperation, and potential disputes with contractors
• Counsel in dispute among shareholders of an investment holding company with renowned hotel and F&B businesses portfolio filed with the Singapore International Arbitration Centre, representing the minority shareholder
• Counsel in dispute among shareholders of a giant plantation company filed with the Singapore International Arbitration Centre, representing Indonesian party, with a claim value of over US$500 million
• Counsel in dispute among holders of participating interests in a joint operation relating to an Oil and Gas Production Sharing Contract
