Cindy has been involved in a wide range of corporate transactions, arbitration and pre-litigation matters. Her recent experience includes playing a significant role in handling a high-stakes international arbitration case representing one of Indonesia’s leading companies.
Cindy regularly advises on general corporate affairs, contractual matters and financing transactions. She also has experience in mining, construction, oil & gas, and financial sectors related matters. She has specific knowledge of Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil (RSPO) certification.
In addition to Bahasa Indonesia, Cindy also speaks English and Mandarin. In relation to the latter, she participated in a one-year intensive language learning program at Zhe Jiang Gong Shang University (浙江工商大学) in Hangzhou, China.
