Cindy has been part of the firm since 2019, focusing her practice on mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions, banking and finance, international arbitration and litigation, and construction. She has advised clients on a wide range of large-scale transactions, cross-border projects, and high-stakes disputes, consistently delivering strategic, business-oriented solutions.

Cindy has played a key role in various landmark deals and arbitration cases, representing prominent Indonesian and multinational corporations. Her strong academic foundation and international exposure—combined with hands-on experience in high-value transactions—enable her to navigate sophisticated legal and commercial issues with precision and insight.

Cindy earned her Bachelor of Laws / Sarjana Hukum (S.H.) from Universitas Pelita Harapan in 2018. Shortly after graduation, she undertook a one-year Chinese language and culture program in Hangzhou, China, which enhanced her ability to work in international and cross-cultural settings while developing her Chinese language skills to a conversational level. In 2021, she was awarded the prestigious Indonesian Government’s LPDP Scholarship, enabling her to pursue her Master of Laws (LL.M.) at New York University (NYU), from which she graduated in 2023.

• Advised PT SMPlus Sentra Data in a joint venture negotiation with Korea Investment Real Asset Management for a US$300 million data center development project.
• Supported PT Elang Mahkota Teknologi Tbk (Emtek) in the acquisition of 5.88% stake in PT Grab Teknologi Indonesia for US$375 million and in related share transactions with the Grab Group.
• Supported PT Buana Lintas Lautan Tbk. in the acquisition of a floating production unit.
• Supported PT Energi Mega Persada Tbk. in the acquisition of 100% participating interests in multiple Oil and Gas Production Sharing Contracts.
• Assisted PT Dian Swastatika Sentosa Tbk in US$326 million financing.
• Assisted Adaro Group companies in multiple significant financing transactions.
• Assisted one of Indonesia’s leading telecommunication company in various financing transactions for its satellite development projects.
• Assisted a conglomerate group company as investor in one of Indonesia’s reputable credit scoring institutions.
• Assisted a publicly listed construction services company in negotiating an EPC contract for a gold mine infrastructure project and in addressing potential disputes.
• Supported one of Indonesia's largest developers on real estate cooperation projects and dispute prevention strategies.
• Advised in a dispute among holders of participating interests in a joint operation related to an Oil and Gas Production Sharing Contract.
• Acted in a shareholder dispute before SIAC involving an investment holding company with a hotel and F&B portfolio, representing the minority shareholder.
• Acted in a shareholder dispute before SIAC involving a major plantation company, representing the Indonesian party, with a claim value of over US$500 million.
• Assisted Soenardi Pardi of Hendra Soenardi as Indonesian law expert and foreign lawyer on Indonesian law in several disputes filed with foreign courts and international arbitration institutions.
