Githa Dwi Damara
Githa joined Hendra Soenardi in 2022 shortly after obtaining her Master’s degree from Leiden University. Since joining the firm, she has assisted senior lawyers in general corporate, mergers & acquisitions, projects and financing matters. Prior to joining Hendra Soenardi, she practiced at another law firm focusing on corporate & investment, capital market, banking and finance matters.
Githa obtained her law degree from Universitas Indonesia as the Best Graduate and was honored as the Most Outstanding Student of the Highest Academic Achievement. She was also actively involved in Business Law Society as the Director of Research. She continued her master’s study in International Civil and Commercial Law at Leiden University with a full scholarship from the Indonesia Endowment Fund for Education (LPDP).
Githa has passed the Indonesian Bar Exam. She speaks English and Bahasa Indonesia.
