Annisa Syamirah
Annisa graduated cum laude (with distinction) from the Faculty of Law Universitas Indonesia, specializing in business law in 2021. During her academic years, she was actively involved in national competitions, student organizations and various committees.
Prior to joining Hendra Soenardi, Annisa worked at top-tier international law firms in Jakarta specializing in corporate transactions, including general corporate matters and mergers and acquisitions. In her prior role, Annisa handled high-value transactions and provided legal services to prominent clients across various sectors.
Since joining the firm, Annisa has been involved in general corporate matters, mergers and acquisitions, projects and financing, as well as matters related to mining, oil and gas sectors.
Annisa has passed the Indonesian Bar Exam. She speaks English and Bahasa Indonesia.
