Andre Garcia
Andre joined Hendra Soenardi shortly after earning his Law Degree from the prestigious Universitas Indonesia back in 2019, majoring in Land Law. His academic background has provided him with a solid foundation, which he has skilfully applied to his extensive work in corporate law, particularly in the areas of mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and general corporate matters with a significant focus on land and real property matter. In addition to his experience in land and real property matter, Andre has also been involved in multi-sector acquisitions, spanning industries such as energy, mining, and more.
Throughout his career, Andre has gained invaluable experience in handling a broad spectrum of corporate transactions, advising clients across various sectors, including major land and real property acquisitions where he has represented both purchasers and sellers. Andre has also been involved in fundraising, investment, and financing matter, having played an active role in numerous high-profile fundraising and financing initiatives.
Andre has passed the Indonesian Bar Exam. He speaks Bahasa Indonesia and English.
