Prof. Ida is a respected academic, arbitrator, and legal practitioner. She has held key leadership roles at Universitas Padjadjaran, including Vice Rector for Finance and Resource Affairs, Dean of Faculty of Law, Head of Postgraduate in Law, and Head of Environmental and Agrarian Law. Her academic expertise is complemented by her practical experience, including her role as a registered arbitrator with the BANI Arbitration Center, where she holds the titles of Fellow Chartered BANI Arbitrator (FCBArb) and Fellow of the International Institute of Arbitrators (FIIArb).
