<li> libtiff/{tif_dirread.c, tif_dirinfo.c}: Do not upcast BYTEs to
SHORTs in the TIFFFetchByteArray(). Remove TIFFFetchExtraSamples()
function, use TIFFFetchNormalTag() instead as per bug
